Last week, we participated in the Technical Forum for the Energy Industry, organized in Sibiu by AIEE – the Association of Energy and Electrical Engineers. Over 100 specialists from across Romania gathered to discuss critical topics shaping the future of the energy system: cybersecurity, critical events, infrastructure restoration, and resilience.
During this inaugural edition, Mircea Stremtan, Sales & Marketing Director at SentryOT, presented the unique challenges facing the energy sector and outlined a strategic 7-step framework to enhance cyber resilience and ensure compliance with the NIS2 directive.
We were honored to contribute to this dialogue alongside experts from Transelectrica, Hidroelectrica, Rețele Electrice România, Distributie Energie Electrica Romania, PPC Romania, and representatives of The Romanian National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC).
